Construction Quality Control Management

When having complete construction progress documentation is necessary to confirm the highest quality standards are being met. We supply experience Quality Control Managers (QCM) that are goal oriented to watch over every detail of construction material installations and project close out procedures.

  • We will review product submittal compliance
  • We will conduct preconstruction meetings when work begins to confirm proper materials are on site.
  • We will review weekly progress of construction work to verify compliance with contract documents and manufacturer's installation guidelines.
  • We will create detailed weekly reports with photos to show construction progress and document any issues.
  • We will track RFI, C.O., Non-Compliance Information to insure quality of material installations.
