Eddie L. Rivers, Jr., President/CEO

After an Army career that began with graduation with a BS in General Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, Rivers earned a MS in Systems Management from the University of Southern California. He brings his experience from over 25 years of corporate leadership for billion dollar revenue companies. As Co-Founder and President of Rivers Resources, Eddie aggressively oversees all aspects of the company's efforts to build a business in recovery audit and cost containment services.


B. Cody Rivers, COO/EVP

As Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President, Cody is responsible for the day-to-day operations of Rivers Resources as well as overseeing the strategic development and execution of the company's corporate and service plan. As a cofounder of the company, he strives to help execute the corporate vision as a company that under projects and out performs. Cody brings a wealth of business technology experience and continues to generate innovative solutions to increase business efficiency, therefore resulting in increased customer satisfaction and increased customer retention.


John Loughery, Business Development Manager

An Indiana University graduate, John brings to the company an extensive experience in sales. John joined Rivers Resources in 2009 after having worked for a leading regional wholesaler and supplier to retail and commercial outlets. He was responsible for chain accounts throughout central and southern Indiana, and called on store managers to increase revenues through promotions, special pricing, and additional product displays. John's strengths include strong interpersonal skills, a strong business aptitude, and experience in helping businesses to increase revenues by reviewing existing company policies and expanding their pipelines of prospects and targets.


Joel Terry, President of Business Development

Joel brings nearly 20 years experience in cost containment to the table. He has consulted to both the private and government sectors, Fortune 500, states and municipalities. Successful projects for Department of Defense (DOD), Defense Finance and Accounting Services (DFAS), Military Construction (MICON) have saved the federal government and tax payers millions. Consulting in the area of healthcare cost containment, he brings results and unprecedented financial relief to clients without ever sacrificing quality.


Mark Pishon, Director of Audit Services

Mark has an extensive financial background working in finance and accounting operations. He has a BA in accounting from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst. Prior to joining Rivers Resources Mark spent eight years as an Audit Manager with PRG-Schultz, the worlds largest recovery finance firm with global operations. PRG -Schultz withdrew from the mid to large corporate market that Mark enjoyed the most. He has worked recovery finances with SBC/AT&T, Target Corporation, General Mills, Rockwell Automation, Milwaukee Electric Tool Corporation, Allison Transmission, Eli Lilly Company, Oshkosh Trucking, Rolls Royce, and several others.


Matt Gajda, Director of Process Improvement

Matt has helped numerous organizations throughout the world in Red X, Lean, Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma, Design for Six Sigma (DFSS), LEO (Listen, Enrich, Optimize), Value Stream Mapping, Theory of Constraints (TOC) and the Toyota Production System. Some of his clients include Ford, General Motors, DaimlerChrysler, Lear, Exide, TRW, Bosch, Motorola, and more. Matt is a Master Black Belt in Six Sigma and Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) and a Red X Master. Matt received his undergraduate degree in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan and his MBA from Wayne State University in Detroit, Michigan

Ron Dobervich, Sr. National Advisor

Ron is a nationally recognized leader on Consumer Driven Healthcare (CDHP). He has served on the Board of Directors for Americans for Intelligent Health Care Reform and worked on a special committee of CAHI (Council for Affordable Health Insurance) which has testified before Congress on health insurance issues. He consults to Fortune 500 companies, states and municipalities some with over 600,000 lives. He has helped forge benefits for union groups in excess of 30,000 members.


Thomas Minnich, Sr. Consultant

Mr. Minnich brings over 50 years of international experience in telecommunications operation and executive management experience in the United States and South America. He has served on the U.S. Telecom Association Board of Directors for 15+ years during a time of rapid growth and transition in the industry. After 30 years with GTE (now Verizon) Mr. Minnich retired as the Northwest Ohio Division Manager and then served as CEO of the Matanuska Telephone Company in Palmer, Alaska. Some of his previous accomplishments and positions held include President/COO of ATN in the U.S. Virgin Islands, General Manager/CEO of Guyana and Telephone & Telegraph in Guyana South America and President/COO of ICC in the U.S. Virgin Islands.
