Cody Rivers has worked in the Information Technology field for over 10 years. His talents include web development, systems integration/analysis, network design, and automated process modeling. Educated at Purdue's School of Engineering Technology, Cody strives to constantly improve and implement our technology and solutions in order to enhance the day to day operations of the organization. His constant supervision and hands on approach has been invaluable to R&R throughout his stint. Since co- creating this Mission Essential business, there has been a progressively positive increase in customer satisfaction.

In addition to his full time employment and robust schedule, Cody is also community focused as he serves on the board of directors for The Kaleidoscope Youth Center (a non-profit organization offering children hope and guidance through educational support and enrichment programs) and B.L.I.N.G. (a non-profit organization geared at assisting inner city youth on business). He has served as a Guardian Ad Litem (GAL) for children in Indianapolis through Kids' Voice of Indiana, where he gifts his time as an "In Kind" IT consultant as well. In 2009, Cody was recently nominated in 2009 for United Way's 'Diversity Volunteer of the Year'.

Cody spends his time enjoying music, professional and collegiate sports, and working with many other charity organizations.
