
Andrew Koehl joined R & R as Director of Construction Resource Services in October of 2009 following a 16 year career with Fanning Howey & Associates where he performed roles in construction quality control training and management. Andrews initial focus at R&R is to build new relationships with clients and oversee the daily process of the construction services division while identifying diversity spend opportunities and implementing quality control management services as a value added piece of our clients construction needs.
Andrew is a detail oriented construction professional with strong project management experience and a successful career history of facilitating construction quality control management on medium to large scale private and commercial building projects across the country. Andrew brings over 22 years of construction leadership and hands on experience with him that he utilizes to interact with all levels of the project team to achieve project goals, analyze complex issues and effectively negotiate positive outcomes to all project related challenges.
Andrew is an US Army veteran and graduated with high honors in the associate of applied science degree program for Architectural Engineering at ITT Technical Institute. He has also participated in several inspection/quality control of building construction classes at the University of Wisconsin-Madison College of Engineering.
